Payment Policy:
I accept all major credit cards through Paypal. Please note that you do not have to be registered with Paypal to make a payment through them. I gladly accept Personal Checks and Money Orders upon request through email. You may also call me to place an order, discuss a pattern or place a custom order.
Returns:
I want you to purchase my patterns and kits and have a wonderful experience. My designs are all original. I will do my best to describe each item. I spend lots of loving hours and care creating each design. It is my passion and it is a privilege to share my creations with you. Because of this and the nature of my business, all sales are final and nonrefundable. Please feel free to ask as many questions as you choose prior to your purchase. Shipping:
Since I ship all over the world and the items I sell are various weights and amounts, shipping is rather difficult to calculate. You, my customers, are also my friends and are very important to me. In order to make shipping fair for both you and myself, as a small business owner, I have devised a way to charge the exact shipping rate. Upon check out, you will be charged $18.00 for shipping. HOWEVER, you will be issued a REFUND for the difference in this amount and the exact shipping price. USA customers will NEVER be charged more than the Medium Flat Rate box of $11.35 no matter how big your order. Those outside the USA will NEVER be charged more than $18.00 no matter how big your order. Since my website is not capable of figuring postage for every destination based on the weight of a box, this is the only way I can make things fair to you, my valued customers and to myself. Again, you will always be REFUNDED the difference and NEVER charged more than the amounts above.
**Please note: USA customers. I ship most orders Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. This way I can track your order and it will get to you faster. Your shipping will be between $5.05 to $11.35 (which is the flat rate envelope and medium flat rate box) based on weight and destination from my home in NC. I do my best to fit things in the smallest size possible. You will never be charged more than the medium flat rate box price ($11.35) no matter how much you order.
